"Beyond DNA” brings together a diverse group of Pakistani artists who explore and push the fascinating realm of DNA, the fundamental building block of life. Through a range of media and perspectives, the artists delve into the intricate relationships between genetic coding, identity, humanity, self-portraits and their signature style of working.



Artist Statement

For me, DNA is not only a biological code but a metaphorical thread that ties my instinct to the world around me. Each photograph I capture is a fragment of this inner sequence a reflection of identity, memory, and exploration. Through my lens, I decode life’s surroundings, discovering that creativity itself is a genetic inheritance, passed from the soul of nature into the soul of the artist.
